Arshita Sandhiparthi is a Product Security Engineer at Atlassian. In her role, she works within Atlassian's Marketplace, a treasure trove of third-party apps, to maintain its integrity. Her work involves designing and implementing systems for security and accountability.

Arshita has also been an active member of the Global Shapers since July 2024 and has been serving as Curator for the Oakland Hub since December 2024. She has worked on cross-collaborative Shaper projects like ShaperAid and Shred the Debt. ShaperAid was an initiative that mobilized networks of youth to assist fellow Shapers experiencing natural disasters or humanitarian crises. Shred the Debt is an initiative aimed at buying and eliminating millions of dollars in medical debt across the United States.

Arshita feels that technology has tremendous potential for social good and believes in working with local systems to harness that potential.
